Refund & Cancellation Policy

ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮತ್ತು ರದ್ದತಿ ನೀತಿ

1. Cancellation Rules:

○ One day before the date of safari: 100% of the reservation amount will be deducted.
○ 7 to 2 days before the date of safari: 75% of the reservation amount will be deducted.
○ 15 to 8 days before the date of safari: 50% of the reservation amount will be deducted.
○ More than 15 days before the date of safari: 25% of the reservation amount will be deducted.

1. ರದ್ದತಿಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು:

○ ಸಫಾರಿ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಂದು ದಿವಸದ ಮೊದಲು: ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಶೇ. 100 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
○ ಸಫಾರಿ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ 7 ರಿಂದ 2 ದಿವಸಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಶೇ. 75 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
○ ಸಫಾರಿ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 8 ದಿವಸಗಳ ಮೊದಲು: ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಶೇ. 50 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
○ ಸಫಾರಿ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕಿಂತ 15 ದಿವಸಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು: ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಶೇ. 25 ರಷ್ಟು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.


2. No Show:

○ No refund will be issued for no-show cases where the visitor fails to arrive at the scheduled safari time.

2. ನಿಗಧಿತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ:

○ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಫಾರಿ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಆಗಮಿಸದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.


3. Partial Cancellation:

○ In case of partial cancellation (e.g., reducing the number of people), the cancellation charges will be calculated as per the time of cancellation relative to the safari time and the number of people being canceled.

3. ಬಾಗಶಃ ರದ್ದು:

○ ಭಾಗಶಃ ರದ್ದು (ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ, ಜನರಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾದರೆ) ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ರದ್ದು ಪಡಿಸುವ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸಫಾರಿ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.


4. Refund Process:

○ Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days after cancellation.

4. ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ:

○ ರದ್ದತಿ ನಂತರ 7-10 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ಪಾವತಿ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರು ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.


5. Force Majeure:

○ In the event of cancellations due to natural calamities, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond control, the management reserves the right to reschedule the safari or provide a full refund without any cancellation charges.

5. ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಅವಘಡ:

○ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ವಿಪತ್ತುಗಳು, ತೀವ್ರ ಹವಾಮಾನಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳು, ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮೀರಿದ ಇತರ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ರದ್ದು ಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಫಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶುಲ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ನಿದೇ೵ಶಕರು ನಿಧ೵ರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
